Don’t Let The Devil Turn You
By Rusty Wilson
Turn not to the right hand nor to the left: remove thy foot from evil.
It’s important in our relationship with God, that we keep focused on moving forward to what God has in store for us. In order to keep moving forward, we must keep our focus on God and His Word.
Every day as we keep focused on the Word of God and being led by the Holy Spirit, the devil is going to try to distract us. One day the Holy Spirit ministered to me, If the devil can’t stop you, he will try to turn you. This word of caution from the Holy Spirit is very important for us to know and understand.
We must keep aware of the enemy’s tactics. It’s important to know when he’s coming to attack with his distractions and to know that we have to be sensitive to the Holy Spirit, because He will let us know that the enemy is coming.
If the devil can’t stop us from doing the Word of God, he will try to turn us by false doctrines, with deception of lies that sound so real and true, but we must remember when the devil comes to us, he is a lying and he can’t tell the truth (John 8:44). Yes, it might sound true and he will use scriptures by misquoting them and say them in a way that sounds right, but it will be wrong, because he is a deceiver. Let’s continue to be aware of his tactics.
