Dwelling Together In Unity
By Rusty Wilson

Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!
Psalm 133:1

As a member of our local, home church where God has called us to, we are to dwell together in unity with our brothers and sisters in the Lord. A couple definitions for the word dwell in the Hebrew is to remain, to abide.

We have been connected together with our brothers and sisters in our home church as a family to dwell, to remain together as a unity of faith, coming together each service and being in agreement, standing together with and in the Love of God.

It’s our responsibility to stay in the unity and fellowship in the church that God has called us to and don’t leave there unless God releases us to go to another church to be planted.

Where God calls us to is where He is going to feed us and build us up, so we can move forward to do what He has called us to do. He positions us under the teaching of the Pastor of that church to support and stand with them and help accomplish the vision God has given them for the church.

Let’s continue to dwell together in unity, building each other up and encouraging each other with the Word of God.
